Do I need a promo code?

Is shipping included?
Yes. As our valued guest during this event, all orders that qualify for The Trinity Offer will receive complimentary worldwide shipping.
Can I combine this with other discounts?
The Trinity Offer is our premier event of the year and represents our ultimate gift. Therefore, it cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
What if I wish to return my complimentary crystal?
You may return the complimentary crystal within our standard return window. However, as it was a gift, a refund will not be issued for its value. Alternatively, you can apply its value as a credit towards a future order with us.
What if I need to return one of the purchased items from The Collector's Edit?
The Trinity Offer is a single, conditional promotion. If you return one of the qualifying Collector's Edit pieces, your order will no longer meet the conditions for the gift.
In this case, we will process a refund for the item you are returning, minus the value of the complimentary Essence Collection crystal you received. Alternatively, you may return the entire order (both purchased items and the gift) for a full refund.
