For made-to-order items, it can take up to 5 -10 business days for tracking updates to appear. This is totally normal — it just means your package is on its way to the carrier and waiting to be scanned.

We strongly advise against this. As a sustainable, made-to-order brand, we craft each piece to order upon purchase. This model allows us to minimize waste and environmental impact, as we do not hold large inventories of pre-made goods.
Ordering multiple items with the intent of returning most of them creates significant logistical and environmental challenges, particularly with international shipping. The carbon footprint of multiple international shipments and the complex process of handling returns across borders contradicts our core commitment to sustainability.

- Storing it away from direct sunlight when not in wear.
- Keeping it in a dry, cool place.
Are settings secure?
Yes. Stones are hand-set with precision for daily wear, but we recommend removing jewelry during intense activities.
Can I wear it every day?

Do you have a warranty?

What is covered under the warranty?
Our warranty protects against any flaws in materials or artistry. It is a promise that your jewelry will arrive and remain in perfect condition, as defined by our high standards.
What is not covered?
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, loss, improper care, or normal wear and tear (such as scratches). We provide a detailed care guide to help you preserve your jewelry’s beauty for a lifetime.
What if I’m not happy with the quality?
Your complete satisfaction is the final step in our process. If your piece isn’t everything you dreamed it would be, please contact us. Our team will personally work with you to make it right. We are committed to ensuring your experience is as exceptional as our jewelry.
How do I make a warranty claim?

Can I return my jewelry?

Please note the following important guidelines:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Due to our made-to-order process, each piece is crafted as a unique order with specific materials and sizing, making direct inventory swaps logistically complex. However, we have made the return and reorder process simple and efficient.
- Sale Items: Products marked as "Sale" are not eligible for return.
- Bundles & Sets: These must be returned in their entirety. We cannot accept partial returns of bundled products.
How do I return?

Our team will promptly respond with detailed instructions and a shipping address for your return. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What if I don't like the design concepts?
Your deposit includes two design concepts and two revision rounds. If we still can't finalize a design you love, you may cancel. We will refund 20% of your deposit, retaining 30% as a design fee for our dedicated work.
Can I request specific crystals?
Absolutely. Note your preferences, and our artisans will advise on how to best incorporate them into your Energy Blueprint to support your intention both aesthetically and energetically.
Why do you need my birthdate?
It helps us calculate your personal chart, a key part of your Energy Blueprint. This allows us to select crystals that support not only your intention but also your unique life path for a deeper resonance.
How long does the entire process take?
Please allow 3-5 weeks from initial contact to delivery. This includes the design phase (3-7 days) and the handcrafting itself (10-25 working days).
Is the bespoke service final sale?
Yes. As your piece is uniquely crafted for you, all bespoke orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We ensure your satisfaction through the detailed consultation and design approval steps.
